NordVPN applications receive automatic updates in stages. This means that some users get their automatic updates earlier than others. The reason is to avoid issues on a mass scale in case there are any update-related problems.
If you haven't received an automatic update yet, you will within a few days. If you want to get the latest version of the app now, you can download it from our downloads page. The downloads page always has the latest available app versions for all operating systems.
The only exception for automatic updates is the application for Linux. To update it, you have to run these commands:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get install nordvpn
Once done, you will have the latest Linux application update.
